A major blow to Winston Peters in a snap poll in the Tauranga Electorate, and significantly Labour because Peters and his NZ First Party supports Helen Clark and her Labour Party. She will need him if the coming election is a close one.
Peters polling would have been seriously dented by the corrupt donation processes that have been enveloping him over the last 3 weeks.
More bad news for Labour and NZ First when they least need it. Labour is suffering under the veil of crumbing government departments and infrastructure, overspending scandals, rorts at the ACC and the bugging of the National Party conference two Friday's ago.

A ONE News Colmar Brunton snap poll shows Winston Peters getting a hiding from a national party newcomer in his old stomping ground of Tauranga.
He is nearly half the age of his rival Peters but according to a new poll he has nearly twice the support.
The snap poll taken this week shows that National's Simon Bridges is on 48%, Peters well behind on 28% and Labour's Anne Pankhurst is in third place on 15%.
